Last night we hosted a beer presentation with beer expert
Matt Kirkegaard. Matt brought along some incredible beers and gave us the task of finding our favourite matches from our selection of artisan Australian cheese and smallgoods.

We were very lucky to have
Pepe Saya in Brisbane. He was on hand to make fresh batches of his justifiably famous cultured butter. It was delicious spread on bread from Flour and Chocolate.
