Thoughts on Airplane food.

Whilst airline food is not good it is simply amazing that it is not far far worse.

If you give it some thought for a moment... they produce tens of thousands of meals each day. Each meal is made up of several components and must adhere to the strictest hygiene and safety standards imaginable. They also cater for every possible class of food preference; vegetarian, halal, gluten free, kosher ect. On top of this the meals are re-heated and served from a minuscule galley that has no recognisable kitchen equipment by staff who are multitasking many different responsible.
