We were very privileged to be invited to the factories of the Ferrarini Group, a truly inspirational family owned company. They are a very large Parma based company who have grown through producing traditional Parma products of the highest quality. Ferrarini's motto is "tradition with technology". In practise this means large modern factories that employ teams of highly skilled artisans. They produced by far the best Reggiano, Parma ham and Balsamic that we tasted.
